Shipping destinations and costs

We deliver to physical addresses in South Africa only. Standard shipping is R69 per order. Orders over R1999 qualify for free standard shipping. Remote or high-risk areas may require an additional courier charge; we will contact you before dispatch and offer an alternative if needed.

Processing and delivery times

Most products are imported on demand. Delivery from our suppliers to USA2SA normally takes 10-15 working days. The estimated total delivery time to your address is 12-20 working days. Products specifically marked "Ships in 1 Working Day" are normally dispatched within one working day.

After collection from USA2SA, courier delivery is normally 1-2 working days and may take up to two additional working days for regional or outlying areas. Estimates can be affected by supplier, customs or courier delays.

Tracking and contact details

Please provide a mobile number and accurate physical delivery address at checkout. When your parcel is ready and assigned to a courier, we will send tracking details by email, SMS or both. We may use Internet Express, The Courier Guy, Skynet or another suitable courier.
